Agile Testing – The IBM Rome Lab Experience
In 2008, we've witnessed organizations maturing the Agile adoption practices across IBM and the Tivoli Lab, with all of the challenges that inherently accompany such a major transformation.
Organizations' needs are moving beyond basic education to the need for more in-depth expertise that will enable them to improve the quality of their Agile implementations. Within IBM, we promote a disciplined approach to agile software development, and part of taking a disciplined approach is ensuring that high quality, consumable code is delivered at the end of each iteration.
As we enter into our fourth year of maturity, we continue to raise the bar on the quality of software delivered to our clients, and the quality of our agile execution in delivering that software.
