Software Testing Forum 2016

REGISTRATION

It is possibile to enroll to the Italian Software Testing Forum 2016 according to different formulas:

• Open Conference: free-of-charge access to the whole conference.
• Premium Conference: fee of € 50,00 + VAT including business lunch and free access to the presentation materials.
• Full-Day Tutorials: fee of € 900,00 + VAT.
• Half-Day Tutorial: fee of € 500,00 + VAT.
• Conference and Tutorial: it is possibile to make a single registration both to the Conference and to Tutorials.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS IN SHORT

In accordance with Art. 1341 Comma 2 and Art. 1342 of the Civil Code and to its effects, the following articles of the Agreement up to these seminars are expressly approved:

• Any substitution can be made any time before the event
• Subscriptions are only confirmed after receiving the form and, if requested, the relating registration fee
• Subscriptions are accepted according to seat availability, according to the chronological arrival order
• Payments of registration fees, if applicable, must be made before attending the event. In case of late payment, default interests will be charged equal to the prime rate ABI current at the end of the month in which the payment is received by ITA-STQB, plus three (3) points, according to the number of days of actual delay
• In case of cancellation of the event for any reason, the responsibility of the organizers is limited to reimbursement of fees already received
• The customer will have the right to terminate these Terms by sending to ITA-STQB a record delivery letter within 7 days from the order receipt by ITA-STQB
• In case of cancellation of registrations notified in writing within 10 days before the event, the registration fee will be charged of the 20%. For cancellations received later, the full registration fee will be charged
• For any disputes, the Court of Milan, exclusively, will be competent
