BIOGRAPHY

Fernando is Chief Executive Officer and co-founder of Business Strategy Srl, based in Italy and China. Business Strategy is partner of Software Engineering Institute of Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh. He has a degree in Information Sciences and over 22 years of experience in ICT management and ICT Application and Service. He is SEI Certified Lead Appraiser SCAMPI Class A,B e C, CAM (Comprehensive Appraisal Method)authorized and a member of ITA-STQB Scientific Committee. He focused his experience in supporting the board of the organizations in order to improve their processes and perfomance to achieve their business objectives through the adoption of CMMI (Capability Maturity Model Integration) in the three CMMI-DEV, CMMI-SVC ancd CMMI-ACQ models (CMMI Constellations). Other areas of experience are concern ISO, SPICE, SIX-SIGMA, Agile and Coniguration Management. He made many appraisal Class A, B and C in various italian and european business realities. He is the author and co-author of Reports&Papers and presentations. He actively takes part at international conferences, webinar and frequently is invited as keynote speaker in Italy and Europe.
