Andrew Pollner

Andrew Pollner is President and CEO of ALP International Corporation, a leading organization in the area of test process improvement and in the use of test automation tools to bring efficiency and effectiveness to the testing process, since 1993. As an early adopter of test automation and quality assurance tools Mr. Pollner has built a consulting and training practice serving major financial, insurance, healthcare, and telecommunications companies and government agencies to ensure their successful implementation of software testing and surrounding processes. Mr. Pollner has published articles on software testing and automation and regularly speaks at major national and international testing conferences. Mr. Pollner is a director of the American Software Testing Qualifications Board (ASTQB) standardizing tester certifications in the US and chairs the Test Automation Engineering working party for the International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) worldwide tester certification body.

Salvatore Reale

Salvatore Reale vanta più di venti anni di esperienza in Ricerca & Sviluppo, e in particolare nello sviluppo di software per le grandi aziende, dove ha lavorato per molti anni in qualità di Director e VP, con responsabilità per la product line.

Nel 2007 diventa direttore del programma per l'introduzione di metodologie Agile Development nella R & D di una multinazionale TLC in Italia, ruolo che rappresenta una parte significativa del suo lavoro. Dal 2008 al 2010 è stato membro del team internazionale di Agile Coaches per la stessa società, collaborando con alcuni tra i maggiori esperti in ambito Agile e Scrum. Si è occupato inoltre di un dettagliato programma di formazione orientato alla formazione di Product Owners, Scrum Masters e Team Members, che ha coinvolto circa 300 persone, con la realizzazione di tre progetti pilota.

Salvatore è un Certified Scrum Master dal 2008 ed è uno dei primi in Italia ad aver ottenuto la certificazione come Scrum Professional.

Attualmente, come libero professionista, fornisce servizi di consulenza, tra cui l’Agile Coaching e l'Agile Training.

È co-fondatore e membro del Consiglio di Amministrazione di ITA-STQB, l'associazione che in Italia certifica i professionisti ICT nei settori dell'ingegneria del software. È inoltre vicepresidente di REQB^®, fondata da un gruppo di esperti internazionali con l'obiettivo principale di creare un framework standard per le attività di Requirements Engineering e per certificare le relative competenze.

Erik van Veenendaal

Erik (www.erikvanveenendaal.nl) is a leading international consultant and trainer, and a recognized expert in the area of software testing and requirement engineering.

He is the author of a number of books and papers within the profession, one of the core developers of the TMap testing methodology, a participant in working parties of the International Requirements Engineering Board (IREB), and currently a board member of the TMMi Foundation.

Erik is a frequent keynote and tutorial speaker at international testing and quality conferences. For his major contribution to the field of testing, Erik received the European Testing Excellence Award (2007) and the ISTQB International Testing Excellence Award (2015). Geoff Thompson

Geoff is the Consultancy Director for Experimentus, a quality consultancy based in the UK and working globally. He has a real passion for software testing, test management and process improvement.

He is a founder member of the International Software Testing Qualification Board (ISTQB), the TMMi Foundation, and the UK Testing Board and is currently the Secretary of the ISTQB and Chairman of the UK Testing Board.

He co-authored the BCS book Software Testing - An ISEB/ISTQB foundation.

Geoff is a recognized international speaker on software testing, keynoting in many conferences.

In 2008 Geoff was awarded the European Testing Excellence Award, and in 2015 he was awarded the Software Testing European Lifetime Achievement award.
